I had a similar issues, but both times I confirmed my order only to arrive and the order never made it through to the store that I selected for pick up. The loop still exists when you click on the [ORDER NOW] button in the upper right.

In my instances, I ordered for 17 of my staff members and printed off the confirmation page that states to take it to the register. When I arrived for pick up my order was not even received and I had to wait. This totally defeats the purpose of online ordering and I will never order online again, period. In the middle of the day, who has time to stand around and wait for 17 orders to be made? It took over 20 minutes to make them…this is after the person at the window tried to give me a “lesson” on how to order online. Customer service sucks at this location…
