I used the 97 essays in the book and the other essays listed on the wiki that did not make it into the book. I reordered and group many of the axioms by subject, those that mentioned a 'driver' are next to each other, etc. Since this article did not have the same constraints as your book, I thought I could list more of the axioms and 101 is as good as any number. @Richard – Thanks for your comment.
